An all in fixed fee support agreement - Managed Services Premium Support

This plan is built for businesses who have a mission critical reliance on IT infrastructure, businesses who are rapidly expanding or quite simply businesses who need on-demand and unlimited access to a Senior Consultant at a fixed fee.

Our senior consulting team are all Microsoft Certified Specialists and have at least 5 years experience in a commercial IT consulting role and are qualified to give advice & recommendations around IT strategy that helps support your business goals.

Premium Support includes all three levels of consultant available for remote support & consulting at a fixed fee during business hours with optional afterhours access to consulting staff at hourly rates. The plan also includes a large number of onsite blocktime hours, CIO level strategic planning support, ongoing monitoring, maintenance & advanced automation for rectification and remediation of a number of IT support issues without needing human intervention.

Hybrid Fixed-Cost IT Support - Managed Services IT Support & Helpdesk

Our Managed Services Support plan provides fixed fee helpdesk support, blocktime onsite hours, regular server maintenance, monitoring and advanced automation & remediation at a fixed fee. You also get the flexibility of on-demand access to senior consulting staff at hourly rates.

This plan is ideal for businesses who have a daily or regular requirement for helpdesk support but only occasional need for strategic consulting or advice.

Server & Network maintenance with discounted hourly IT Support from $100 a week

Designed for smaller businesses who want the peace of mind that regular, scheduled system maintenance & continual system monitoring provides but who dont have a daily requirement for helpdesk support.

On this plan, you pay a weekly fee for maintenance & monitoring and pay for IT support services at a discounted hourly rate. This plan is available for as little as $100 EX GST per week.
